Baxter Brown began his career working in Administration, Supervision and
Operations Control. Retired for several years, Baxter began looking for a more fulfilling way to spend his time. He started
a home-based operation of importing promotional products and materials. Considering his new found passion for promotions,
he decided to take it to the next level of a fully operational agency. Baxter has personally selected each member of the ITB
team and is inspired by the powerhouse promotional team he has created. He is quite confident his team will handle every client
from a single individual to a large corporation with the expertise, professionalism and consideration that each deserves.

Jody brings
immense talent and experience to his position as Production Manager. Having worked in all aspects of Artistic Design, Graphics,
Layout, and Screen Printing, he has done impressive work for countless businesses, corporations, conferences, special events
and associations.A graduate of the Commercial Art program at Cabot Institute of Applied Arts and Technology, Jody has worked
in the promotions industry for over 17 years and is well versed in overseeing the logistics of any project from start to finish.
